| Arzel has solved the issue of bypass damper "hunting" once and for all. Today's variable speed equipment requires a modulating bypass. The ModuPASS® bypass damper system measures the static pressure in the supply duct in real time and positions the bypass damper to allow the prescribed amount of bypass air. This means the variable speed blower won't be self adjusting as it sees variances in pressure associated with barometric style bypass dampers. You set the level of bypass you determine appropriate.
