  • CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF SERVICE OR YOUR CLAIM MAY BE DENIED

All warranty claims must include the serial number located on the lower left-hand side inside the panel. (e.g.: PAAK-1234567)
