- The Parts & Labor Warranty covers all Arzel systems prior to January 1, 2013. If you have a system installed after January 1, 2013 please go to the Limited Lifetime page to submit a claim.
- Any diagnosis of failed part(s) MUST BE PRE-APPROVED by the Arzel® Technical Support Department in order to receive an RMA.
Contractors email firstname.lastname@example.org to diagnose failed parts and continue the warranty claim process.
All warranty claims must include the serial number located on the lower left-hand side inside the panel. (e.g.: PAAK-1234567)
CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF SERVICE OR YOUR CLAIM MAY BE DENIED
