Arzel Zoning
These are the installation components and replacement parts you might need for an Arzel Zoning system. To learn more, see our article on building a zoning installation kit. You can also download our complete product guide.
Use our PVC tubing to connect dampers to the zone control panel. We recommend using a different color for each zone. Eight colors are available. (For jobs with tubing inside the duct, use our plenum-rated tubing instead.)

Use our plenum tubing with applications that have tubing inside the duct, which will be necessary with InsertaDamper, EzyFit dampers, and RegiDamper. The tubing will connect the dampers to the zone control panel. We recommend using a different color for each zone. Eight colors are available.

Use these fittings with standard PVC tubing or plenum-rated tubing. They are all 4mm barbed fittings, which fit together without any tools necessary.
Coupling fittings connect lengths of tubing together, in case you cut it too short or need to add a service length. Elbow fittings achieve a 90-degree turn, and are not necessary but may be contractor-preferred. Plug fittings are used in troubleshooting. Tee fittings are needed to add multiple dampers to a zone.
