Arzel Zoning is looking to hire a Marketing Assistant.  They will be assisting the Marketing Coordinator, working on tasks such as engagement for customers and prospects, handling inbound/outbound communication and supporting demand-generation efforts. The role also assists in day-to-day execution of tactical marketing activities that grow brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and equip the sales team for success.

Responsibilities

Marketing Support

  • Assist in email campaigns by building lists, formatting content, and deploying mass emails; track opens/clicks and report KPIs.
  • Assist in drafting and/or proofing social-media posts, website copy, case studies, and product sheets in coordination with Marketing.
  • Assist in coordinating trade-show booths, lunch-and-learns, and Comfort College classes, handle literature, travel, and lead capture.
  • Assist in pulling weekly dashboards on lead source, pipeline stage, and campaign ROI; make recommendations to improve conversion.
  • Ensure all outbound materials follow Arzel’s voice, style, and branding guidelines.
  • Assist in prioritizing daily tasks to meet deadlines; manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate status updates clearly via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and perform additional assignments as required by management.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in marketing or communications preferred.
  • 1 year experience working in office and/or marketing environment a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technology Requirement

  • Microsoft Suite

Travel Requirements

  • May include traveling (local and out of state) up to three (3) times a year.

Physical Requirements

  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting and standing to complete assignments for prolong periods of time.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, speak with co-workers, etc.
  • May be required to stand for long periods of time when attending events, trade shows, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a copy machine, printer, etc.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers and customers, vendors, and partners, etc. Must be able to communicate accurate information to these individuals.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
