Arzel Zoning is looking for an energetic team member with a passion for sales to develop new sales, build new relationships, and maintain our current ones. Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth, and account development. Personally, contacts and secures new business accounts/customers and creates long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities:
· Promotes, sells, and secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
· Answer incoming calls, making outgoing calls and conducts calling campaigns as required
· Entering orders, entering RMAs
· Responding to customer requests and performing necessary follow-up as appropriate with position
Details of Function:
· Actively calls existing and develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business
· Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
· Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization
· Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for customers
- Assisting marketing with mass email, data collection, managing literature distribution, Comfort College arrangements and other tasks as needed
· Supplies management with verbal and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
· Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas
· Utilizes CRM and builds workflows
· Participates in trade shows and conventions as needed
· Ability to Travel approximately 10%
· Ability to demonstrates products and services to existing and potential customers.
· Enters orders and records all contact with customers in our sales and inventory management software
· Other duties as needed
Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, etc. or 4 years’ experience selling technical products
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency with MS office word and excel, experience using CRM products and HubSpot
· Presentation, negotiating and closing skills are required
· Experience in the HVAC industry a plus
