The Panel serial number starts with the letter “P”, followed by four letters, a dash, followed by 7-8 digits. It is located on a sticker inside your panel box, above the board serial number. You’ll find the sticker inside the door of your polycarbonate enclosure, or next to the board on the inside of your metal enclosure.
We began offering our lifetime warranty in 2013. Prior to 2013, systems were covered by a 10-year warranty. Those systems are no longer under warranty. Here’s more about our warranty process.
Contractors should call our technician support line at 1-800-611-8312 to make repairs with warranty parts. We will work with you to diagnose the issue, and we’ll send replacement parts directly to you. Our replacement parts are usually in stock and they ship from Cleveland, OH within 1-2 business days.
