Hi, I’m Ken with Arzel zoning. I’m here to talk a little bit about some of the advantages of, zoning over mini splits. One major difference with, zoning versus a mini split is, is maintenance. You know, zoning requires no maintenance. Whereas the mini split is going to, require filter cleaning, drain cleanings. Contractor’s going to have to come within the home typically. And, a lot of times they actually come in with a pressure washer to, to clean, the indoor coil and that coil, you know, just like what you have in your hotel room gets that odor and that, foul smell. And that’s typically from bacterias and mold growth and that type of thing. Another thing a customer may not know about is the fact that, you know, many splits can be, very intrusive on their home. The cassette tour, the wall mounted unit is really going to be there for the rest of their lives when they’re in the home. The equipment gets set in the backyard with the lines, running across their home. Maybe fine with them, but when they go to sell the home, it may not be something that the new buyers all that thrilled about. Zoning, building goes in the existing system you already have in your home. And goes typically unnoticed. You won’t even know that it’s there or it’s operating. You just know that you’re comfortable.
