Hi, I’m Ken Barton with Arzel zoning. I’m here with David. We’re going to talk a little bit about some of the things that make us more appealing to our distributors. So I know you’re on the road a lot. What kind of feedback do you get from our distributors that, really stands out from the other products and manufacturers?

They’re they’re dealing with? Well, currently, being that we’re an American made product the same day delivery or deliveries than two days seem to be the most appealing or the eye catching angle we have right now. Our tech support group is unsurpassed by anybody in the fact that we have an 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. tech support hours. I mean, they know Joel, they know Jason, they know Amber, they know Beth.

It’s a personal base we have, I think is different from other distributors as well. So they where where do our distributors see our products being utilized the most and most effectively right away? Retrofit. It’s a very appealing offer we have is something that’s unique that other vendors don’t have for that particular option. So I think retrofit is the first thing they talk about.

What other feedback have you gotten from from distributors that really stands out from the competition? They like the fact that our Comfort College is offered both onsite or at our location in Cleveland, Ohio. So they’d like the fact that they can have their people travel if they wanted to, but also the comfort, or I should say, the convenience of being at their location.

They can get more attendance sometimes. That way. What about our warranty process? One thing that’s appealing that I hear from the counter staff is that they like the fact that all claims go through Arzel first. So the inbound calls they have, they already have an RNA number is no hassle of debating if it’s a true warranty of the product itself.
