Hello everybody, I’m Jason from Arzel Zoning. Today I just wanted to talk to you guys a little bit about one of our unique retrofit dampers. It’s going to be our EzyFit damper. Really nice thing about this particular damper is its application. So if you guys have a customer that plans on finishing a basement and wants to get rid of access to the duct work, and you don’t want to leave a bunch of access panels and that in the customer’s basement – you could use this particular damper. Or if you have inaccessible duct work in the home, that’s another great use for it.

The nice thing about this damper is you can literally fold the blade in half. Then it’s got a pliable magnet that’s going to hold it in place. So, the whole thing folds up in a little 2 and 1/2 inch package. That makes it really nice and easy to install so when you guys have your register boot all you’re going to do is remove the register cover. You’re going to take your EzyFit damper, it’s going to fit right through the register boot itself. And it’s going to insert right into that round metal pipe. Once it’s in there, all you guys got to do is let go of the damper and it’s going to spring it itself back into position. And then the magnet itself is going to hold it in position. So, you guys don’t have to worry about it coming loose or anything like that.

So it’s a real nice, real easy application and it gives you access to that damper. So if there’s ever a failure you don’t have to bust into the drywall, you don’t have to worry about locating that damper, it’s just real easy to access. If you guys do have any questions on any of our products, or need anything, don’t hesitate to give us a call. We’re always here to help.
