So what makes Arzel panel so great? When it comes down to it, it’s really just the one package. You buy the panel, you get the transformer, you get the sensors, you get the pump. It’s all pre-assembled and you only have to know basic low voltage wiring, RWGY type connections. So as long as a contractor can line up RWGY, the air tubing is pretty cut and dry.

You’re just going to pull that back. All you need is a utility knife or your pair of snips. Hook it up and you’re good to go. As far as mounting the panel, what do you guys recommend when it comes to mounting the panel? Because that little pump in there does have some vibration to it. We want to make sure it’s in a secure mounting location.

The best place is going to be an exterior wall with a three quarter inch piece of plywood mounted to it. Fasten the panel and you’re good to go. And if you don’t have a basement to mount the paneling, if you don’t have a basement, an exterior wall is still best. But if you don’t have the option on the exterior wall because I know some people are putting their furnaces in the middle of the basement, I’ve had contractors and I’ve done it myself.

You have a metal foot that you mount on to the floor with like a PC unit coming up off of it, and then you just mount a piece of three quarter inch plywood to that, and that will transfer any potential vibration into the concrete so that it doesn’t echo through any walls in the house.
