The Pro Panel is our best panel for full-featured zoning applications, whether they are residential or light commercial. AirBoss can be the best choice in some light commercial zoning applications. And the MPS panel is single-stage only, and great for new construction zoning.
The Pro Panel is our newest zone control panel and our first one with an app. The Arzel Pro app makes it easy to set up the Pro Panel with default settings for your zoning installation. You can still make changes to any setting, but the majority of the work is done for you with one tap.
The Pro panel is compatible with conventional furnace and AC, split and packaged geothermal, heat pumps, dual fuel, all electric systems, and up to four stages of heat and two stages of cooling. It also works with any 4 or 5 wire thermostat, no matter what type of equipment it’s controlling.
The Pro Panel can control up to 16 zones when you daisy chain multiple panels together. It also offers seamless integration with A2L leak mitigation boards. Pro Panel has advanced features for heat pumps so it controls heat pumps even better than our HeatPumPro. Pro Panel offers fully configurable staging control. The Pro Panel also has zone weighting, which controls staging based on the amount of available ductwork.
Choose the Pro Panel when you want a full featured zoning system with easy setup and diagnostics. It works well with residential and light commercial applications.
The AirBoss is ideal for light commercial or more basic multi-stage control. AirBoss is available in up to eight zones. AirBoss’s master zone feature can be used with a setback timer, or turned on manually, which is a great way to save energy when a commercial building is unoccupied or during building maintenance.
AirBoss also has leaving air temperature protection, with a sensor installed in the duct to protect your equipment from overcooling and overheating. AirBoss handles multi-stage equipment with either two-stage thermostats or using the timer on the board.
MPS is our budget friendly zoning panel for single stage systems. It’s great for new construction. Installing MPS is a great opportunity to use our Arzel’s high quality dampers without the expense of a more feature rich panel.
MPS is compatible with single stage conventional equipment or heat pump with electric backup.
