HVAC Zoning Control Panel Overview

Take a look at the main features of the HeatPumPro, AirBoss, and MPS HVAC Zoning control panels.

Transcript:

HeatPumPro is our most popular zone control panel. It’s compatible with conventional equipment, multi-stage electric or gas equipment, heat pumps, and dual fuel systems.

HeatPumPro works with any 24-volt system on the market. Because of all of the functionalities built into the system, you won’t have to use expensive multi-stage or heat pump thermostats.

HeatPumPro enhances staging with real-time reading from a sensor in the ductwork, and an outdoor sensor. If you’re working with dual fuel, just program the temperature and HeatPumPro will change over to an alternate heat source at that temp. There’s also a hard lockout, which you can use with electric backup heat.

HeatPumPro is the zoning system you should choose for most residential applications. It’s available in 2, 3, or 4 zones.

The AirBoss is ideal for light commercial or more basic multi-stage control. AirBoss is available in up to 8 zones.

AirBoss’s master zone feature can be used with a setback timer or turned on manually, which is a great way to save energy when a commercial building is unoccupied, or during building maintenance.

AirBoss also has air temperature protection, with a sensor installed in the duct to protect your equipment from overcooling and overheating.

AirBoss handles multi-stage equipment with either two-stage thermostats or using the timer on the board.

MPS is our budget-friendly zoning panel for single-stage systems. It’s great for new construction. Installing MPS is a great opportunity to use Arzel’s high-quality dampers without the expense of a more feature-rich panel.

MPS is compatible with single-stage conventional equipment, or heat pump with electric backup.
